Cancelations and reschedules can be made through the confirmation link texted to you when you made your appointment.

I charge a 25% cancelation fee for any no-shows or cancelations within 24 hrs of a scheduled appointment. I'm more than happy to discuss rescheduling if the original appointment date was an issue. However cancelation of a reschedule is subject to a 50% cancelation fee within 24 hrs and is up to my discretion.
